Produced a testimonial video series with clients including Box, Zendesk, Lyft, Driscoll’s, Chobani, and Pinterest, capturing authentic stories of how Collective Health delivered value.


Objective

Collective Health needed to strengthen the credibility of its products and services and promote brand advocacy. We knew that the vast majority of clients were major proponents of the product, so we sought out to create a series of testimonial videos to elevate the voice of its clients and showcase real-world impact.

Strategy

I designed and executed a testimonial production process that brought believable client voices to the forefront through more informal testimonial videos. To build brand trust and create a sense of authenticity, I approached production with a lean documentary style with only one camera operator, conducting interviews on-site at client’s offices and capturing authentic b-roll of workplaces and employees. I managed the full production lifecycle from strategy through post-production. In editing, I shaped each piece into a clear, human-centered narrative that aligned with Collective Health’s brand positioning while remaining authentic to each client’s voice.

Outcome

The resulting series became a cornerstone of Collective Health’s brand advocacy and sales enablement strategy. The videos gave prospects credible proof of the company’s value, reinforcing trust in the competitive health-tech market. The testimonials were adopted widely by the sales team as a tool to advance conversations. The project not only elevated brand presence but also created a repeatable framework for producing testimonial content that scaled with the company’s growth.
